This place is seriously next level — most of it sits below ground, packed with clever design and eco-friendly features. Designed by Tim and Zoe Bawtree, it’s a real one-off. Our job? Deliver a clean, sharp render finish that matched the modern, high-end vibe of the property and bring the courtyard a brighter atmosphere — and we’re buzzing with how it turned out!
