Absolutely no prior pottery experience is necessary. I will help you to create something unique and loveable. Your set will be left with me to fire, & glaze leaving you with a beautiful set of durable long lasting ceramics. You will even be able to put your set in the dishwasher! Join me for a special International Women's Day Pottery Workshop to celebrate our uniquness with creativity! This hands-on session is dedicated to celebrating women's creativity, strength, and artistry through the meditative process of working with clay. Join us in our brick chapel studio for a night of fun and creativity. We will learn about slab construction and texture design to create a unique handmade mug. Mugs are made with stoneware and are food and dishwasher safe! You will make your mug and select your glaze color from test tile options. Mugs will be glazed and fired by Kettle Creek Pottery and will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class date Thursday, January 9th 6-8pm
