If the energy you people are putting into dragging this "very dark man" and the allegedly missing ₦180 million—money that isn’t even missing—were used to drag the politicians who are stealing billions, Nigeria would have been in a better place. We are a blessed nation, but we misplace our priorities. You’re here focusing on this "very dark man" and ₦180 million, which isn’t even missing. If you need evidence, let me explain. Let’s start with how this whole issue began. When "very dark man" started his project, a lot of money began coming in. Not only did he update people regularly on the funds entering the account, but he also created a transparent website where anyone could see the incoming funds in real time. However, there’s an important detail people are missing. When he introduced the website, he made it clear that the website is not linked to his bank account. Instead, the website draws information from an app on his phone. The app updates the website based on the bank alerts received on the phone. This means the website doesn’t directly access his bank account. If money enters the account, the app reads the alert, and the website is updated. The only time the website doesn’t update immediately is if there’s an issue with the bank sending the alert. Now, let’s address the claims. He said ₦180 million was deducted, leaving ₦20 million in the account. But mathematically, that doesn’t add up. If ₦240 million was in the account the previous day, deducting ₦180 million should leave ₦60 million, not ₦20 million. Then, he said ₦160 million is missing, which doesn’t align with the earlier claim. All of this leaves clues that suggest this may be a prank or social experiment. The police reportedly arrested someone, but Nigerian police authorities have denied knowledge of the case. Additionally, revealing such sensitive information publicly before concluding investigations is highly suspicious. If this was a prank, it raises questions about the planning and the calculations. If it’s not a prank, then he needs to investigate his inner circle because the breach likely came from within. Some are speculating that this is a social media stunt, a way to trend or conduct a social experiment to gauge public reaction. Nigerians are quick to crucify someone over a single issue, forgetting their 99 good deeds. Regarding the claim that Zenith Bank’s system was hacked via an API, this would raise significant concerns about the bank’s security. However, there’s no concrete evidence to support this claim. For now, let’s remain patient and see how this unfolds. If it’s a prank, he’ll eventually admit it. If it’s real, we need clarity and accountability.
