Advanced Command and Staff Course 28 – Defence Academy of the United Kingdom As part of our military academic programme on ACSC 28, we undertook a military scientific trip to Vietnam, conducting a Regional Security Exercise (RSE2) and visiting key locations in Hanoi and Saigon. We examined how Vietnam has built resilient defence capabilities, and successfully resisting major powers such as the United States, and how it continues to strengthen national security through strategic planning and regional partnerships.
