A Biden-appointed federal judge ruled a male can continue competing on the San Jose State University women’s volleyball team. After SJSU volleyball player Brooke Slusser found out she was living with a male who identifies as a woman, she, along with a dozen other women, filed a suit against their school conference and its commissioner. They allege violations of Title IX and their First Amendment rights. The Biden administration unlawfully rewrote Title IX to redefine “sex” to include “gender identity,” gutting opportunities for women in sports by allowing men who identify as women to take their places. If the Biden-Harris administration’s radical changes stand, stories like the one unfolding at San Jose State University will become even more common. The government cannot force us to live according to a lie. And we cannot stand on the sidelines as they put the women we love in harm’s way.
