Walaupun ada ikan yang boleh trigger eczema, TAPI JANGAN SAMPAI PARANOID dengan ikan ye. Lately kita banyak sangat ditakut-takutkan dengan ikan boleh trigger eczema.
Sebenarnya banyak sangat kajian sains yang buktikan dengan makan ikan, eczema sebenarnya akan makin baik especially kalau awal2 lagi kita introduce (boleh search sendiri dkt PubMed)
Nak tak nak, ikan wajib kena ada dalam diet harian. Sebab sumber zat penting untuk tumbesaran. So kena test sendiri mana yang sesuai mana yang tak sebab eczema ni tersangat individualistic (tak semua eczema ada alahan yang sama)
