erupt
7-19-25, 7:30 PM, Song Theater, Columbiana, AL. "Lest We Forget" Documentary Premiere based on the book by Mikel Wilson and Kevin Wayne.
In the shadows of Alabama's 1920s coal mines, a forbidden love blossoms between Dub and Clarissa, a woman whose white skin contrasts sharply with his own. Their secret, hidden under the cloak of moonlight, offers a fragile sanctuary from the harsh realities of their world. But a storm is brewing. The coal mines erupt in a fiery uprising led by Dub's closest friend, William Baird, whose fight for justice threatens to expose the inequity and hardship that poison the industry. With Sgt. Lancaster and his men hot on his trail, determined to silence William forever, Dub is caught in a heart-wrenching crossfire.
Based on a true story buried by history, Lest We Forget unearths a forgotten chapter of American/ALABAMA history.A story written in blood, whispered in shadows, and finally brought to light.

Joyful light-hearted
🌊 Sanibel – Northern Arizona Premiere
What began as a joyful exploration of Florida’s seashell culture became a moving portrait of resilience.
Join us for the premiere of “Sanibel”, showing July 4–9 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre, presented by the Sedona International Film Festival.
🎥 Initially capturing the quirky charm of Sanibel Island’s locals and shellers, the film took a dramatic turn when Hurricane Ian — one of the largest in U.S. history — devastated the island during production.
💔 The result is a profound documentary about community strength, survival, and the human spirit in the face of disaster.
🗓️ Showtimes:
• July 4, 5 & 7 – 6:30 PM
• July 8 & 9 – 3:30 PM
🎫 Get tickets:
