As 2024 nears its end, we'd like to take a moment to look back on the positive impact our employee-owners have made on their communities through the Roeslein Way program. Six pillars comprise the Roeslein Way: 1️⃣ Charitable giving 2️⃣ Community service 3️⃣ Continued education 4️⃣ Diversity & inclusion 5️⃣ Environmental stewardship 6️⃣ Wellness This year we... 🌎 Commemorated Earth Day by picking up litter and building garden boxes for a community garden ✏️ Donated supplies to KIPP Inspire Academy, enabling the school to provide snacks, clean clothes and hygiene items for children who attend their summer school program 🍎 Collected 191 pounds of food for Circle of Concern, a charity that supports the impoverished community in West St. Louis county 🏅 Participated in a 5K race as part of a wellness initiative and a charity relay race ...and more!
