[為生活保留一段柔軟的節奏] #住宅設計 這是一間為一對退休老夫妻打造的住宅。 他們要得始終很簡單——希望保留大部分建商原有的裝潢， 卻又能多一點生活的想像與自在感。 於是我們以「簡約、實用」為主軸，盡可能順著原有格局與光線條件， 重新整理空間中光的走向、材質的層次、機能的安排， 讓生活能慢慢地、輕輕地展開。 . 整體色調以灰、白為底，搭配淺米色石材、霧面木皮與玻璃材質， 組合出一個明亮中帶點溫度、簡單卻有細節的日常空間。 客廳主牆用柔霧灰的乳膠漆與木作腰牆錯層鋪陳， 除了穩定視覺，也讓插座配置更彈性。 電視牆則以淺米色石材收邊，透過導圓與溝槽手法， 把電箱與結構牆整合進整體畫面中， 保留功能性的同時，也讓牆面看起來更輕盈協調。 . 臥室與更衣室延續同樣的語彙， 選用冷暖色調各異的霧面灰牆， 搭配格紋玻璃滑門、線性燈光與藏燈設計， 讓機能與情感之間，取得剛剛好的平衡感。 . 這是一個關於生活節奏的設計， 關於光與靜如何慢慢交織出家的樣子。 我們盡可能在有限的條件裡， 留下幾口可以呼吸的餘白，讓空間與住者彼此靠近，長久相伴。 . This home was designed for a retired couple. Their request was simple — to keep as much of the developer’s original finishes as possible, while adding a little more room for imagination and comfort in daily life. So, we focused on simplicity and function, working with the existing layout and natural light to reframe how materials, light, and utility interact, allowing life to unfold slowly and gently within the space. The color palette centers on soft grays and whites, paired with light beige stone, matte wood veneers, and glass elements, creating a bright yet warm atmosphere — minimalist, but rich in detail. In the living room, the main wall combines muted gray paint with a custom wooden wainscot, grounding the space while allowing for flexible outlet placement. The TV wall uses light beige stone with curved corners and recessed lines to subtly integrate the electrical box and structural elements, bringing consistency to the space without feeling heavy. The bedroom and dressing area continue this quiet language — soft gray tones in both warm and cool shades, paired with fluted glass sliding doors, linear lighting, and concealed strips that softly balance practicality with emotional warmth. This is a space designed around rhythm — the rhythm of daily life, of light and stillness weaving together into the feeling of home. #Latestwork｜#沰 #獨棟住宅 #挑高六米 #度假宅 案件名稱「沰」以往被用來形容一種形制特殊的「鼎」。更是意旨家長們以雙手扛起家中甜蜜負荷，扶持三位幼兒茁壯。一筆一觸中以水狀石材及破碎石感將此寓意化型於空間內。 窗外微風徐徐拂進，開放式的二樓梯間，使感受更加鮮明，轉頭一望，孩子們在一樓嬉戲遊玩的畫面被一幀幀的刻劃，多希望時光停留在美好的每一刻，讓我盡力參與孩子們成長的每一吋。 經過細膩的反覆梳理，#林峰安 總監貼心的鋪敘了每個空間的渡假心情，讓過往的旅行更多了一種，回家的意義。 - The title "Tuo" traditionally refers to a unique type of "ding" (an ancient Chinese cauldron), reflecting the concept of a space that embraces and nurtures its inhabitants, much like parents' dedication in raising their children, which is artistically expressed via water-like stone materials and fractured stone textures to symbolize the family's strength and support. Gentle breezes drift through the open staircase on the second-floor, enhancing the sense of connection. A glance downstairs captures the moments of children playing on the first floor that one wishes could last forever, allowing full engagement in every aspect of the children's growth.
