📈 การพัฒนาเยาวชนไม่ควรจำกัดอยู่ที่ตัวเยาวชนเท่านั้น แต่ยังต้องรวมกลุ่มคนทื่ทำงานกับเยาวชนเข้าไปด้วย 🫱🏻‍🫲🏻 ยูนิเซฟและ สถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (องค์การมหาชน) TPQI ร่วมกันลงนามในแผนความร่วมมือประจำปี 2568-2569 ซึ่งเน้นไปที่ 1️⃣การผลักดันงานเยาวชน (Youth Work) ให้เป็นวิชาชีพที่ได้รับการรับรองในประเทศไทย นำมาตรฐานอาชีพผู้ทำงานกับเยาวชน (Youth Worker) ไปใช้ฝึกอบรมผู้นำชุมชน อาสาสมัคร และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐที่ทำงานกับเยาวชน 2️⃣การพัฒนาฟังก์ชันแนะแนวการเรียนรู้และอาชีพ Learning and Career Guidance (LCG) บนแพลตฟอร์มการพัฒนาทักษะและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต E-Workforce Ecosystem (EWE) ให้ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพขึ้นกว่าเดิม โดยใช้ AI และเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อให้คำแนะนำและการปรึกษาที่เฉพาะบุคคล 🙋🏻‍♂️ ภายใต้ความร่วมมือนี้เยาวชนจะได้ประโยชน์อย่างไร? ✅เมื่อกลุ่มผู้ทำงานกับเยาวชนที่มีคุณภาพมากขึ้นแล้ว เยาวชนทุกกลุ่มโดยเฉพาะเยาวชนที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในระบบการศึกษา การจ้างงาน หรือการฝึกอบรม (NEET) จะได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะ เทคนิค และความสามารถได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพมากขึ้นกว่าเดิม ✅เยาวชนจะมีแพลตฟอร์มที่สามารถค้นหาเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ของตนเอง และมีความพร้อมในการประกอบอาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความสนใจ ความถนัด และศักยภาพของพวกเขา ✨ นี่คือก้าวสำคัญเพื่ออนาคนที่สดใสของเยาวชนไทยทุกคน #UNICEFThailand #TPQI #เสริมพลังเยาวชน #ทักษะแห่งอนาคต #เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต . . 📈 Empowering youth must go beyond youth themselves, it also means empowering youth workers. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏻 UNICEF Thailand and the Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI) have signed a cooperation plan for 2025–2026, focusing on two key areas: 1️⃣ Establishing Youth Work as a recognized profession in Thailand, while also implementing professional standards and providing training for community leaders, volunteers, and government officials who work with young people. 2️⃣ Strengthening Learning and Career Guidance (LCG) function on the E-Workforce Ecosystem (EWE) platform through the use of AI and gamification tools to offer personalized support and counseling. 🙋🏻‍♂️ How will young people benefit from this collaboration? ✅ Young people, especially those not in education, employment, or training (NEET) will receive support to develop essential skills and capabilities to reach their full potential. ✅ Young people will have access to a platform that helps them navigate their learning and career pathways, ensuring they are equipped for futures that match their interests and strengths. ✨ This marks an important step toward a brighter future for all young people in Thailand. #UNICEFThailand #TPQI #EmpoweringYouth #FutureSkills #LifelongLearning
