In this Yin and Yang Yoga Workshop, you will experience a soulful blend of energy and calm that will leave you refreshed, grounded, and deeply centered. This workshop embraces two practices: Kundalini and Yin Yoga. We will be exploring the Dragon and the Butterfly in postures and in movement, breath and meditation.
Find your Power in Stillness, your Strength in Softness, Vitalise with Embodiment. The yin and the yang concepts bring together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with other more dynamic sequences and standing postures. We will explore one-pointed mind in movement and change in stillness. We will embrace both form and emptiness. A dance of strength and a lingering lightness of touch, a breathing stillness and a mindful meditative yoga nidra.
We will leave, balanced in body, mind and spirit.
