Happy new year! These rainbow lorikeets (Trichoglossus molucannus) were the last released birds from the shelter in 2024! They both had come in with concussion, and after a short time were able to be released back where they were found! Let’s hope 2025 is filled with as much prosperity and enjoyment as the last!
