Comfortable cope
Trying to juggle life as a mum of three, Ayesha was busy! Making and breaking promises to herself and her kids, she was struggling to be the polite and positive parent she wanted to be.
“I am originally from Pakistan, so nobody in my circle knew about Triple P.”
“While parenting challenges are the same across cultures, sometimes people aren’t comfortable sharing their problems or will step forward.
“I felt that Triple P could take me along the journey to achieve my positive parenting goals,” said Ayesha.

❤️ I try to hug my kids more often before they ask.
❤️ I listen to my kids and absorb what they are saying by stopping or pausing whatever I am doing.
❤️ I try to respond to my kids when they ask a question rather than just nodding.
❤️ I also acknowledge and appreciate a specific job that the kids are doing.
