So what’s the rules for the hangout upstairs? Teens preferred! Younger brother and sisters are also welcomed! Parents can come take a look. Maybe help situate the Teens with a dirty drink or dirty popcorn then retreat back downstairs or go have dinner across the street. Yes, this is a hangout area for the TEENS and all kids!
