In this high-impact role, you'll guide clients through innovative talent processes, design digital learning journeys, and help elevate HR delivery — all while working with a purpose-driven team at the cutting edge of people, psychology, and technology.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
✅ 2+ years of HR generalist experience (talent, performance & recruitment focus)
✅ Experience with HRIS, LMS, and other HR tech platforms
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
✅ A passion for digital transformation, facilitation, and workforce development
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Onboard clients and set up digital HR systems
🔹 Design IDPs, scorecards, performance tools & learning programs
🔹 Provide advisory on recruitment, performance, and planning
🔹 Lead internal HR delivery and cross-functional collaboration
