Trades Supro Jamesport electric guitar. - £330.00
Supro Jamesport in great condition, just been set up with some flat wound strings, plays wonderfully, definitely a great elegant and sleek looking guitar. The ocean metallic blue finish is absolutely beautiful. Has quite a flat and wide neck that is really nice and easy to play. It's not too heavy either so it's nice for long jam sessions without putting too much strain on your back, it's a nice blend between 50s cool and modern playability. Perfect for blues and garage rock, that Gold foil pickup sounds lovely and it's surprisingly versatile for a single pickup guitar, the placement of the pickup gives it it's only unique sound

Any questions give us a shout, would potentially consider trades, but I'm quite picky 😅

"Electric guitar from Island series that is a 21st-century update of the Supro electric solid-body guitar, providing the elegant comfort of the 1960’s-era bevelled-edge Ozark body shape and the mighty sound of the original field-coil pickup, enhanced by an ultra-fast satin set neck, Tune-o-matic bridge and updated wave tailpiece. The unique Gold Foil pickup is a faithful reproduction of the original magnetic models developed for Valco by Ralph Keller in the early 1950s: these pickups, which gave voice to the vintage Chicago-made Supro guitars, have a massive, broadband sound with remarkably low noise for a single-coil design. The humbucker-sized version used in this guitar is slightly over-wound and located right at the harmonic “sweet spot”. Its tonal range can be controlled by the on-board tone and volume controls. The time-tested tone-wood recipe of an alder body paired with a 647.7mm-scale maple neck and rosewood fingerboard combine with the guitar’s vintage-correct pickup to produce an exceptionally dynamic playing experience. Blue Metallic colour design.
