Mais pourquoi doit-on fermer l’autocueillette, même lorsqu’il fait beau? 🤔 👉🏼 En raison de l’achalandage variable et des petits fruits en quantité limitée, nous devons parfois fermer l’autocueillette… tout simplement afin de les laisser mûrir un peu. ☀️ Prenez note que cette année, le champ de fraises est un peu plus loin et nécessite un petit tour de tracteur. 🍓It is officially STRAWBERRY season at Jelli’s Market🍓 We are so excited to welcome you all back for strawberry season! It’s crazy. It’s quick. It’s fun. It’s delicious. It’s all the things and feelings. COME JOIN US! A few reminders as you plan your visit: 🍓Price for U-Pick strawberries is $2.80/pound. 🍓Strawberry season is quick, and very weather dependent. We hope to have a great supply every day for the next two weeks at least, but it is always a great idea to check our website, call the farm store, or see our latest Facebook post for the most up to date picking conditions. Things can change rapidly depending on the weather and crowd levels. 🍓The berries you pick are RIPE and don’t have a long shelf life. You need to process them or eat them within a couple of days after picking them. They have a much better taste than the ones in the grocery store, but they don’t keep nearly as long. Don’t let them go to waste! Eat them up or freeze them for later! 🍓Our employees are humans. Strawberry season is so quick that we have large crowds every day of the week. We do our best to get everyone in and out of the field in a timely fashion and try to ensure that each customer has a wonderful time at our farm. There may be long wait times and slow lines, but please be patient with us. Our team is doing everything they can to assist each of you! 🍓Pre-picked supply goes quickly. We do not have berries available for purchase until at least 8am in the farm store. We will have our two off farm stands in Johnson Creek and Watertown open again this year. Berries at these locations are first come first serve starting at 11am daily. Price for pre-picked strawberries is $6.50/quart. 🍓All things strawberry are available for purchase in the farm store. Strawberry sundaes, donuts, pies, popsicles, jam, lemonade, angel food cake, shortcake…the list goes on. Be sure to get some treats when you come get your berries! 🍓Strawberry season hours are 7am-7pm daily! We can’t wait for another GREAT year of strawberries! Plan your visit to see us soon!
