In an effort to recycle all byproducts of our industry, Kelley Brothers Tree Service is now offering “split” log length firewood. This consists of all the logs that are too large in diameter and/or too short to be sold as traditional log length firewood. These logs have been split up by our shear but are still a little more gnarly than regular sized firewood logs. This wood is great for someone who is a DIY type but might not have access to the trees to cut. We can fit roughly 5-7 cord on our truck because of the air space and odd sizes. A load of this wood costs $600 delivered within 10 miles of our shop. For orders farther away delivery fees may apply. We’d like all of our customers to know that our goal is to repurpose everything from wood chips, mill logs, firewood logs, stumps, and now these pre split logs.
