This will be a deeply restorative and unique sound healing event designed to balance your energy, soothe your mind and body, and awaken your spirit. Through carefully curated soundscapes featuring quartz crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramids, tongue drum, chimes, kalimba, gong, ocean drum, spirit drums and other traditional instruments, along with sacred chanting, you’ll embark on a journey of profound relaxation, clearing, healing, discovery and inner harmony. What to Bring: • Blanket and a Pillow for resting deeply and comfortably (mats will be provided). • Water to hydrate through the session Event Highlights: Bija Seed Sound Chanting -------------------------------- We begin in a safe, sacred space activating our inner energy bodies with Bija Seed Sound Chanting along with the quartz crystal singing bowls. Through traditional chanting practices we activate, open and align all the chakras, activating the flow of energy through the energy bodies. Through this process, using your own natural reverberation of sound from within, we move blocks of energy through the body, while promoting a sense of inner peace and calm. Chakra Clearing Meditation ------------------------------- Next, we settle in with our blankets and pillows, deeply relaxing our body, being present feeling the flow of energy running through the body from the Bija Seed Sound Chanting. You will then experience a guided meditation enhanced with crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, kalimba, and tongue drum designed to unblock and balance all your energy centers. During this guided meditation you will experience deep relaxation, being fully present for each area of the body we are working on and aligning to positive affirmations to help raise your vibration and energy levels. Complete Sound Immersion -------------------------------- Finally, we end our two-hour session with a complete sound immersion incorporating many different instruments in a guided flow taking the participants into a deep state of relaxation, allowing them to journey where the music and rhythms take them, promoting healing, processing, and spiritual connection. Dive into an immersive sound experience featuring an array of instruments including crystal singing bowls, tongue drum, rain stick, ocean drum, spirit drum, chimes and more! The enchanting, relaxing tones will envelop you in soothing vibrations, releasing tension, helping you to reset your nervous system, quiet the busy mind and foster deep full body relaxation. Tired, overworked, overwhelmed with the rigours of life, over stressed from work. When was the last time you took the time to stop and just be and allow yourself the time to rest.So what is a Sound Healing Immersion you may ask??Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state which help bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmonySo, how does it work?During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you'll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, and simply listen as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing. Sound healing can help you clear energetic blockages thus help facilitate healing on a physical as well as mental level. What to expect? I plan on dropping you into what I like to call a “vortex of vibration” Weaving together Shamanic Drumming, Shamanic Rattle, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Gong, Rav Drum and channeled vocals as well as other instruments and sound healing tools. Ashley will guide you on journey within and allowing you to take the time to stop and re-charge.
