A morning dedicated to exploring the power of healing sound waves from various instruments, including a wind gong, ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shakers, and more! This event emphasizes the importance of recognizing our energy. Our energy field is incredibly valuable; it shapes our interactions and serves as both a protective shield and a precious resource. We can choose how to exchange our energy through every thought, action, and connection. Sound vibrations effectively clear stagnant energy and restore balance to our energetic field. These frequencies can break up energetic blockages, promoting the flow of vitality and harmony. The experience is designed to release old or stagnant energy. We will also incorporate breathwork and energy tapping to enhance the overall experience. This event will be held at the lovely CannaJoyMN. THC goodies are welcome before or after the event! **21 plus event** THINGS TO BRING: Please bring water, a yoga mat, and one or two blankets.
