Bosco Contractor Services LLC, a Civil/Commercial Contractor based in Jackson, TN, is seeking an experienced Civil Site Work Foreman to oversee and manage the daily operations of equipment operators and completion of site work projects. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising crews, and ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive knowledge of civil construction processes, including excavation, grading, utility installation, and GPS. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Supervision - Lead, direct, and supervise on-site construction crews and laborers. - Ensure team members understand project goals, timelines, and safety standards. - Conduct daily site meetings to assign tasks and review progress. Project Execution - Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. - Manage excavation, grading, stormwater management, utility installation, and other civil site work. - Monitor and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and project milestones. This is local work; you will be home every day.
