We support What Matters Most to them. We become the Primary Care Provider, home care team, pharmacy, transportation for medical appointments, insurance company, benefits coordinator, physical therapist and much more for our participants. *Medicaid, Medicare + Private Pay, and Private Pay is accepted. PACE participants must receive all needed health care, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services), from the PACE organization or from an entity authorized by the PACE organization.
