We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales for our Interior Design Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the interior design or construction industry, and will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships. Responsibilities • Assist the team in developing sales strategies and initiatives for the Interior Design Division. • Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into sales opportunities. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in interior design. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing design concepts and project proposals. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Interior Design Division. • Provide support in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. • Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of interior design principles and trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in sales management software and tools. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
