Reiki Principles that I teach are rooted in the Original Usui Principles, thoughtfully reimagined into a memorable acronym. This approach honors and respects the ancient practices and teachings passed down from Usui, Takata and my revered Reiki Masters while recognizing that the true essence of Reiki transcends the confines of historical discourse and differing methodologies.
