𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 Governor Jerry Singson led the 128th Anniversary commemoration of the martyrdom of Dr. Jose P. Rizal this 30 December 2024. Bearing this year's theme, "RIZAL SA BAGONG PILIPINAS: Buhay at Aral Aming Nilalandas". Wreaths were laid at the Rizal Monument, Plaza Salcedo, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur followed by the singing of Pambansang Awit ng Pilipinas and a short program.
