In this months Mindful Rider newsletter I shared about getting the all-clear to ride again post my bone marrow transplant, and how my return to the saddle has been full of both joy and challenge.
Fatigue and frustration have made progress feel anything but linear. But what’s helping me ride through the ups and downs is one simple shift:

Lately, I've been using a simple ride plan where success isn’t about perfect outlines or pressure to “make up for lost time” - it’s just about showing up, riding a planned pattern, and honouring where I'm at.
It's been a powerful mindset shift - even for me.
