These problems are a feature (not a bug) of an Energy Master Plan that prioritizes intermittent and expensive energy sources over proven, reliable, and firm energy sources. And any "solution" that doesn't include reliable, firm, and cost-effective in-state energy generation is fundamentally flawed.
