Join me for the Relax and prepare for birth workshop; a 2-hour workshop to help you feel calm, confident, and ready for the experience that’s uniquely yours.
In this 2-hour session, we’re going to slow things down, tune into your amazing body and mind, and find practical ways to feel more confident heading into birth. No pressure, no “one right way” — just real tools and support to help you trust yourself and your instincts.
Here’s what we’ll explore together:
• The Pain-Fear Cycle: How fear can make things harder (and what you can do to break that loop).
• Rewriting the Story: Tossing out the scary birth myths and building a narrative that feels right for you.
• Get clear on what you want — and trusting your inner strength.
• Using Affirmations: Personal, powerful reminders you can lean on when things get intense.
• Relaxation Tools: Breathing, gentle movement, and mindset tools you can actually use during birth (and honestly, in life too).
You’ll leave feeling:
