Position: Foreman – Racking Installations Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team in warehouse racking installations, tier-down projects and general warehouse storage solutions. • Ensure well-done and high-quality installation of various warehouse systems. • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute installation schedules and deadlines. • Give an overview of safety regulations to all employees before starting. • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Solutions oriented: Provide solutions to on-site challenges. • Have a clear communication with team members.
