Big News from Western Riding Club KZN ! We’re beyond proud to announce that the talented youngster, Tammy Galliers, has qualified to represent South Africa in Reining at the World Championships in Switzerland this July! Tammy also recently competed in the USA on a borrowed horse and made us proud by winning both her youth reining classes — earning the title of Circuit Champion! 🏆 For those new to the sport: Reining is a demanding and elegant western discipline where horse and rider perform precise patterns including spins, sliding stops, rollbacks and more — all on a loose rein. Western Riding Club KZN is the largest reining club in South Africa, also hosting ranch classes where horses tackle real-life ranch tasks like opening gates, roping, and more.
