A description by Heather from a past private session: Spirit has such a sense of humor! Loved ones in Heaven--even those that may have not been all that humorous while living--often find unique, unexpected, and even humorous ways to distinguish themselves in a reading! With over 12 years of connecting with passed loved ones under my belt, one thing is for certain: Spirit tries very hard to be "efficient" when getting a point across or distinguishing themselves from other spirits clamoring for my attention. This happens frequently even in private readings where a few or even more than a half dozen loved ones, friends, and pets all wish to get their "hello" in! Here's a favorite example of this: A few years ago, I was reading for a young woman in her late 20's-early 30's. She had been very close to 2 grandmothers in particular, one from each side of the family. They immediately showed up to join us as soon as their lovely grandaughter had entered the room for the reading, and they had much they wished to chat about! Rather quickly, they distinguished themselves from other passed family members/grandparents by sharing various traits or memories, and the young woman was so pleased that her two favorite grandmothers were present, just as she had hoped. The pace of our session was rather rapid, with the two of them starting to go back and forth in their sharing, and their comments soon turned to the events in their granddaughter's life. At one point, the young woman as well as myself began to lose track of which grandmother was saying what! And then one of them made a very loving, but very serious statement to her granddaughter. So of course, the young woman asked me which grandmother made that important statement! Having lost track myself, I tuned in carefully and asked if the grandmother who made the statement could clarify who she was. The response? "I'm the one with the long whiskers on my chin!", the grandmother annouced with a chuckle. I had to giggle because I thought it was funny/cute too! But the young woman had a surprised look on her face and covered her mouth, looking worried. I asked her if that cleared it up for her. She nodded yes, but then added, I feel terrible. My sisters and I would joke about those whiskers but never around her--ever! It was always just a bit of a "quiet" joke in our family!" Well, it looks like that grandmother either always knew they joked about her whiskers, or figured it out after passing!
