The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood right across the street from the beach. It is a very walkable and bikeable area with a coffee shop, restaurants, and convenience store within a 3 min walk. The rest of Newport is easily accessible within a 10 min bike ride. The neighborhood includes access to a tennis court, pool, playground, basketball, and volleyball courts.
