That's Maj. Jim Nardelli looking on as President Biden awards the actor Michael J. Fox the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Jim is married to D.C. attorney and political consultant Kaeley Gemmill, daughter of, you guessed it, Ward 1’s Ed Gemmill. Jim, Kaeley and Graham, Ed’s first grandchild, were in Biloxi over the holidays before Jim’s White House photo made the news.
