The compensation is $50,500 - $63,150 annually, commensurate with experience.

== Qualifications ==
Required qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational/Technical Certificate in fields such as Mechanical & Architectural Drafting or Industrial Drafting & Design
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in a CAD designing/drafting role
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software
== Schedule ==
Hybrid work schedule, with some office days as needed.

Some responsibilities include:
• Preparing and tracking permit packages
• Utilizing GIS/AutoCAD for drawings
• Communicating with governing authorities
• Managing and maintaining documentation
