Low hemoglobin has many implications in a child's health ! Low hemoglobin due to Iron deficiency, in turn due to worms in children/diet poor in iron and conversations with parents in these camps done by me bring out so many unaddressed issues like constipation, more "white" diet - diary/eggs/meat/potato/bread/biscuits etc., loss of appetite, not interested in eating food, misconceptions about food in parents.
