The Waldo County YMCA is partnering with The Ridge, a residential teen mental health treatment program in Morrill, Maine, to offer a free and supportive event for parents. Raising children today can be challenging, and many parents feel overwhelmed or disconnected. This event is designed to provide a welcoming space where parents can learn, share, and find support. The event will be led by Matthew Hendry, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with adolescents and their families. Hendry is a well-known speaker who has presented at schools and conferences across the country. He is known for his approachable, down-to-earth style and helpful advice.
