Kia ora, I’m Marlen, a parent coach and mental health advocate passionate about empowering parents. Through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching, I support parents in nurturing themselves and their tamariki. With a mindful, intentional approach, I help you navigate parenting challenges, build resilience, and create a fulfilling family journey.

We can’t give our children what we don’t have… It’s really hard to love them unconditionally when we don’t love ourselves unconditionally. It’s really hard to teach them to stay calm under pressure, when we are spiraling from the pressure of everyday life. When we forget the joys of play, and being silly… Their joy and silliness can feel like nails on a chalkboard (hi, nervous system!)
