Michael L. Loudenslager was working for the General Services Administration as a planner/estimator when he was killed in the Oklahoma City bombing. Remembered as a “modern-day cowboy,” he was an accomplished horseman who also served as a member of the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office Mounted Patrol.
