Amber and I were once taught to, “hire the heart and train the mind.” So experience is appreciated but would hire a new nurse if the right person came along. We aren’t just looking for someone to fill a hole in a schedule… We are looking for a nurse alike us that has a niche and LOVE for caregiving. This position will quickly turn into a team lead position as we grow. We are a licensed Home plus setting with a max of 12 residents at each location.
