This time of year symbolizes new beginnings, letting go of what no longer serves us, and choosing changes that will support us in this new cycle of life. As I reflect on the world and my surroundings, I see so much beauty and support to be grateful for. Even in the darkest moments, there is light—if we recognize how deeply connected we all are. True strength lies in connection, support, and mutual care. When we embrace this truth, the need for power, wars, and trauma disappears. Judgments of superiority or inferiority—based on skin color, history, beliefs, or birthplace—dissolve. Violence only recycles pain, creating resentment and suffering on all sides. I believe the only way forward is through love and understanding. We are not here to learn how to judge better but to learn how to love more deeply. With every breath, we have the chance to choose love, growth, and awareness. Life doesn’t happen to us—it happens for us. When we shift our perspective, we can rewrite our story and step into the frequency of unconditional love. Here are a few truths to guide us into 2025: 💫 Every bit of positive energy you share makes a difference. 💫 It’s not about how we die but how we live. 💫 Trust your inner voice—it knows the way. 💫 What you don’t change, you choose—step into your power. 💫 Embrace both your light and your shadow—they bring balance. 💫 Love yourself unconditionally, and watch everything else align. O ano de 2024 chega ao fim, carregando memórias que moldaram quem sou. Foi um ciclo intenso, repleto de desafios, vitórias e aprendizados que me fortaleceram. Entre lágrimas e risos, dias pesados e leves, prevaleceu o amor em todas as suas formas, preenchendo minha vida com propósito e alegria. Deixo para trás o que não me acrescenta e levo comigo o que realmente importa: a família, amizades verdadeiras e o amor incondicional que me guia. É esse amor, vivido ao lado do meu marido e do meu filho, que me dá forças para continuar, criando novas histórias e apreciando os pequenos momentos que fazem a vida valer a pena. Agora, 2025 surge como uma tela em branco, esperando pelas cores que quero pintar. Ele me convida a renovar, a sonhar, a viver com ainda mais intensidade.
