SOUTHFIELDS & EARLSFIELD: Two lovely, young, families (who are related) based in Earlsfield and Southfields, are seeking a warm, experienced live-out Nanny for a (nearly) full-time Nanny share arrangement, caring for their baby and toddler. This is a long-term position and would suit someone genuinely passionate about supporting young children’s development in a nurturing, engaging environment and growing with the families. About the Families: • Earlsfield family has a 6-month-old son who is currently being weaned (mum would love some help with this) • Southfields family is expecting their second baby in mid-June and already has a bright, active 2-year-old daughter. Mum will be on maternity leave until June 2026, so the main focus will be on the older child, with occasional help with the newborn. Duties Include: • Engaging the children through play, outdoor activities, and local classes (e.g., Jessie’s House) • Supporting developmental milestones for babies (weaning, routines, sensory play) • Taking G2 to age-appropriate classes and outings • Preparing healthy meals for the children • Child-related housekeeping (children’s laundry, tidying play areas) The current schedule would be: • Two days (Tues & Fri) with Southfields (care for 2-year old girl + occasional help with newborn) • Two days (Wednesday & Thursday) with Earlsfield (sole care of 6-month-old boy) • More hours can be added for the right candidate The Ideal Candidate: • Has solid baby and toddler experience, including support with weaning • Is warm, reliable, and calm with a proactive attitude • Is looking for a long-term role and would enjoy becoming part of the family as it grows • Lives locally in South West London (or willing to commute easily to Earlsfield/Southfields) • Bonus: Familiar with local classes, baby activities, or nurseries Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 7.30am-7pm Salary: £50-£57k gross annual, depending on experience Start Date: ASAP
