Join Kyle Beaver, owner of Ten Mile Mushrooms—a pioneer in the mushroom cultivation industry—for a hands-on workshop on outdoor mushroom growing. This class will explore: Inoculating garden beds and wood chips with winecap mushrooms. Techniques for inoculating logs with shiitake and oyster mushroom spores.
