Miss Guinea North America is a leadership program for young girls in North America. It is not a beauty pageant, but rather a true school of transformational leadership, focused on learning, public speaking skills development, mentoring, continuous follow-up, and personalized coaching. We support the young girls throughout their journey, helping them grow both personally and professionally. During the preparatory week, we offer participants the opportunity to meet African leaders, discover major institutions and companies, with a special focus on meeting women leaders within these organizations. These encounters inspire our young girls to demonstrate courage in their studies and pursue ambitious careers. Beyond mentoring the girls, this event is also one of the best in North America for promoting Guinean culture. Over the years, we have succeeded in establishing Guinea's cultural presence in America and showcasing it on the international stage, making it one of the most admired countries in the world for its rich and diverse culture. All of this culminates in a special event, which we call Miss Guinea North America. We invite you to dive into our world. After 13 editions of the pageant, 17 editions of conferences on female leadership, and a few years of well-deserved rest, we look forward to the relaunch in 2026.
