Feeling determined more than ever! #Science #Research #Advocacy #SaveLives #Malaria is one of the deadliest and oldest infectious diseases that has ever existed and still here with us, unfortunately. A disease that humanity has fought for ages and that has claimed many lives since the generations of our ancestors and centuries ago. Here we are, still pondering ways to curb this disaster and eradicate it once and for all. #DefeatingMalaria would be a great gift from our generation to the next future generations and inhabitants of our planet in this ever-evolving world. As of today, we can greatly appreciate that there are 45 countries and 1 territory that have been certified malaria-free, the most recent being Egypt and Georgia. Many other countries are on track toward elimination goal.
