Shoutout to Tony Q., our Regional Driver of the Quarter for Q1 2025! Hired in 2022, Tony truly stands in a league of his own—bringing all 5 of MTG’s Cultural Beliefs to life every single day. 🔹 He leads with Safety First, always making it his top priority. 🔹 He never walks by a problem, recognizing areas for improvement and taking action without being asked. 🔹 He plays to win—not just for himself, but for the entire team. 🔹 He’s the first to help others succeed in delivering the plan, even when it means going the extra mile. 🔹 And he embraces accountability, showing up for his teammates and our customers with dependability and pride. Customers call him one of our most reliable drivers—and we couldn’t agree more! Outside the truck, Tony enjoys fishing, riding horses, and spending time with his family. He and his family breed horses and just welcomed a new baby colt (only 6 days old!). Favorite food? Country-style ribs in a crockpot.
