As a woman in leadership and business, I have faced challenges that many women can relate to from navigating male-dominated environments especially that I held executive /managerial positions since I was 23 years old, to having my expertise questioned, or needing to constantly prove my credibility beyond titles. Early in my career, I learned that competence alone isn’t enough; it’s about how you confidently position your voice and claim your space with a strong mindset and disciplined attitude. These challenges, which I was constantly attracting, pushed me to refine my communication style, embrace strategic assertiveness, and stay authentic to my values and vision of my future.
