✔ Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system with accurate information.
✔ Research and identify new potential leads through calls and online research.
✔ Ensure data integrity by keeping records up to date and removing outdated information.
✔ Work closely with sales & marketing teams to enhance lead insights and support business growth.
✔ Meet daily/weekly verification targets to drive high productivity.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales support.
🔹 Strong verbal communication skills in English.
🔹 Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with business representatives.
🔹 Detail-oriented with experience managing CRM records.
🔹 Self-motivated & target-driven, able to work independently.
🔹 Experience with CRM systems & Microsoft Office is a plus.
