As Wilton House Museum commemorates Lafayette's Revolutionary encampment, we invite you to join us on Saturday, May 10th 11am-3pm for a FREE family open house event!
Explore Wilton, a c. 1753 plantation manor house, and see our Parlor transformed into Lafayette's headquarters space! Try your hand at Colonial-era toys and games on our terraced lawn overlooking the James River.
Schedule of Events:
11am - Storytime and mapmaking craft
12pm - 1:30pm - Meet the Marquis de Lafayette and James Armistead Lafayette and learn about their relationship during the Revolutionary War!
2pm - Learn about Liberty tea and make your own blend
