These experiences instilled in me discipline and a robust work ethic, which proved invaluable in my future endeavours. At the age of 24, I had the honour of serving the Surinamese government at the Ministries of Education, Science, and Culture. This role provided me with valuable experience and honed my professional skills. Finding a Transformative Home at LMS In 2014, I embarked on a transformative journey with Logical Moderator Solutions (LMS) as a BPO agent. Despite having no prior industry experience, I quickly assimilated and became a valuable asset to the team. LMS has profoundly shaped me as an individual.
