Amplifying prana-shakti in the system significantly prepares the body for a true spiritual awakening to one's more eternal consciousness. In a session, you only need come with an open mind. There are no pre-requisites and all are welcome. This is one of the most approachable, accessible, potent, and immediately effective practices in the world. A field of energy stimulates and amplifies the field of life-force, prana-shakti, and if the body is already open or ripe to open, kundalini shakti. It is both a cathartic practice that aids in the purification of our energy sheathes and a spiritual practice that takes us deeper into our greater nature. If you come to class as a serious seeker, your meditations and spiritual work will be greatly enhanced. If you come to regulate your nervous system and nurture yourself, you will receive that which you seek. If you come as a psychonaught, looking to explore consciousness without the help of a substance, you will learn much about the inner worlds. If you come to have a safe place to follow the aliveness of your spirit in search of emotional healing and unwinding of trauma fields, this too is on offer.
